Demand for 2 BHKs dominates real estate market pan-India: Report
A significant piece of homebuyers skillet India are requesting 2 room corridor kitchen (BHK) units, firmly followed by 3 BHKs, as indicated by a new report by Anarock Research.
According to Anarock’s Buyer Interest Profiling (BIP) report, the help class purchasers are driving the lodging interest. Container India (incorporates Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune), the help class has been driving the lodging interest, at 68%, trailed by the business-class purchasers, at 18%, and experts at 8%.

Among the seven urban areas, interest for units costing over Rs 5 crore was 1% while those beneath Rs 40 lakh were around 10%. Interest for mid-portion units costing between Rs 40-80 lakh was the most noteworthy, at 42% while 37% requested units costing between Rs 80 lakh-1.50 crore.
